About
Manuel González.
Architect and software developer. Madrid. I've spent almost three decades stitching together two worlds that usually don't talk to each other: buildings and code.
The short version
I started with structural calculations (Architect, ETSAM 1978-1986) and ended up writing AI algorithms that classify documents at millions per day with an error rate below 10%.
Along the way I co-founded ConstruRed.com (1999-2001), one of the first online platforms for the Spanish construction sector, which we eventually sold. Then I ran ql2consultores doing structural engineering for construction companies, and founded CONSTRUINDICE Data Mining to bring search engines and collaborative platforms to that same industry.
From 2013 to 2017 I was head of IT development at GO fit, where we rolled out RFID access control, a booking app and customer-care systems across a chain of sport clubs.
Since 2019 I'm founding partner and CEO of Fossil Desarrollos Tecnológicos: waiting-queue management, online stores, a custom social network for the sports sector, and AI pipelines for automatic document processing.
Everything here is written by me. No editorial team.
